At least one private session is encouraged in order to help familiarize you with the equipment and some of the basic Pilates movements.  If you have taken classes elsewhere, let’s discuss it before you begin your group or semi-private sessions.

Online booking is the easiest and most efficient way to reserve a class. Visit the schedule page on our website and add desired classes to your cart. You must pay in advance.  If you need to renew your series, please do so online or at the front desk before you take your class.
